If you are seeing this message , even though you are trying to transfer cash to another person and not yourself then , the chances are your settings need updating.
Goto
admin panel -- 3 styles -- portal settings --- Xcash
Now you will see that there is an extra
Action field
At the bottom, this needs to be set to
GIVECASH
As shown below.
