1. Admin panel -- 3. Styles -- Portal settings.

Now click on the ACTIONS symbol.

You will now see a screen like this.

You will need to click the "Display Then Exit" option.

Now scroll to bottom and click Update Portal Parameters.

Now goto anywhere in the forum and make a post.

You should now get a white screen with a long list on it.

You need to copy and paste the whole code

(Right click on the screen and click on select all , then click on copy)

Now got the support forum and paste that code ion your post (please make sure you use the [code] tags

To paste (right click in your new post and click on paste).
