Simple answer to this one is "you can not add your own hacks".

What you may do is go to this site phpBBHacks.com find a hack you like and ask for it on the support forum in THIS THREAD not all hacks are added the admin will look at them and decided if they are suitable for all forums, as you can not have a hack just for your forum.
