Yes all phpbb2 forums can be exported to the Myfree/fast/fine forums, you will have to enquire on the support forum as some other forums for eg v_bulletin can not be transferred.

You will need your exported .sql file and send it to Admin.

admin[at]myfreeforum.org

Change [at] to @
