Can`t log out Cant see Change after Editing.One of the major cause of this problem is your cookies, the best thing to do is to clear your cookies and T.I.F(cache)
The quick and easy way to do this is to right click the Internet Explorer symbol and go to properties then click the clear files and clear cookies button.
For Firefox then look Under Tools/Clear Private Data.
Just clear the cookies nothing else.
This should solve 99% of the problems
