AddAdmin Panel - Styles Admin - Add
This is the place to look if you wish to change your default style, just look though the list pick the one you would like and click install. You can if you wish click on the image and see a larger picture of the style.
Now you must goto General Admin --Configuration and pick it in the scroll bar in the default style list
