Ok all that done you now goto Your admin panel --- 3. Styles --- Portal Settings
You will now see a screen that looks like this
If you do not see the portals named Shop , Actions , then Please go to the support forum and request admin adds them for you. (Please check properly first before requesting.)
You need to set up an xprofile for each of the items you wish to sell, for this example i will use an item called Football And Scarf .
1. Goto admin panel --- 2. Profile Fields ---
You now see a screen that looks something like this.
At the bottom enter FOOTBALL (Remember football is an example please enter the name of the item you are selling) and click on add custom profile field
You now see a screen like this.
Fill in the details to suit your needs. You can copy what i have in the picture this will work, or read the guide in the spoiler.

Field name = FOOTBALL(Change this to the name of your item) Displayed title = Bank (you can Change this to what you want) Topic display position= Under Avatar (Change this to suit you, or if you want to add it in yourself then leave as none, and follow the tips at the bottom of this guide.) Automatic Entry = Yes (leave as Yes) Automatic Display= No (leave as No) Required = No (leave as no) Display at user registration
= No ( No point displaying this as it will not show till they have made a post.) Visibility= All (leave as All) Access= Admin (leave As Admin) Type = Text (leave as text) Default= Blank ( Do not put anything in this box) Link = Leave as blank. Maximum characters= 120 (Leave as it is ) Character width= 12 (leave as it is) Display as image= Leave blank, or add an image, The image as well as title will be displayed where you have set it to above for example Under Avatar. Style= width: 200px (leave as it is)
Now click Update.
Please note that you must repeat the steps above for each item you wish to have in your shop, remembering to call each item something different for example football, footaball2
Ok all that done you now goto Your admin panel --- 3. Styles --- Portal Settings
You will now see a screen that looks like this
If you do not already see a portal named SHOP then Please Make a post on the support forum requesting Admin add it.(Please look very carefully before requesting this.)
Click on SHOP and you should see a screen like this.
Parameters for the component type

Published No Yes ( Turn to yes to show your shop to all members) Show TitleNo Yes Select whether to show the title of this component Description A virtual shop where you can spend virtual cash earnt on the forum (You can change this to suit your needs what you put here will be the title header of your shop, See screenshots below.) Tax Rate Decide on how much tax to charge your customers , Tax rate 0 (.175) would be 17.5% Enable Shipping No Yes (It is best to leave this as no as this is only a virtual store so no need for customers address.) Currency CASH ( If you have followed the cash mod guide and called your xprofile CASH then please leave this as CASH , if you called your cash mod by another name then please enter that name insted of CASH) Currency Symbol £ or $ or C (change to suit your country ). Minimum Order Here you put the figure of what yopu want the Minimum order value to be, Virtual shops would rarely use this so best to keep at 0.00) Checkout Type Virtual Shop (Please leave as Virtual Shop,,,, Live shops must contact support) Payment id (Leave blank as virtual shops do not need this.) Currency Code (Leave blank as virtual shops do not need this.) Rows Your choice (Determines How many items are displayed on a row on your shop page.) Columns Your choice (Determines How many columns you have on your shop page.) Thumbnail Width If you have entered a thumbnail image for an item (see guide below as we have not covered this bit yet) this controls the size of it).. Thumbnail Height If you have entered a thumbnail image for an item (see guide below as we have not covered this bit yet) this controls the size of it).. Alert when item added Yes, No (When a member adds an item to their basket they will see a Popup alerting them that that item has been added). Order Email Subject (As this is a virtual shop no emails are sent out so please leave this area blank.) Refund Email Subject (As this is a virtual shop no emails are sent out so please leave this area blank.) Order Email prefix (As this is a virtual shop no emails are sent out so please leave this area blank.)
Ok now if you keep scrolling down you now see an area that looks like this.
This is the area that controls each item that you wish to sell.
The important thing to note here is that what ever you call your item for example football then you must have set up an xprofile field with the EXACT name, as explained earlier in this guide.
Fill in the details to suit you the parameters are listed below in the spoiler.

XPROFILE 1 FOOTBALL (FOOTBALL is an example only please change to the name of your item) ( This is a unique identifier for the item. It must correspond to an XPROFILE field. So if you have called your item FOOTBALL then you must have an xprofile field called FOOTBALL) Name 1 Gold Footaball (FOOTBALL is an example only please change to the name of your item) Description 1 (This is the short Item Description, see screen shot below) Long Description 1 Round gold football (This is longer Item Description that can be displayed if you click on the item Image 1(Please enter your Image link) Thumbnail Image 1 (Please enter your Thumbnail Image link, this can be the same as above but will be displayed at the size you set it too earlier in the guide.) Max Allowed 1 (How many of this item can someone own, do not leave this as 0) Price 1 10.00 (10.00 is only an example you can change this to suit your needs.)(Enter the price of your item) Buy Back Price 1 5.00 (5.00 is only an example) The Price the shop will buy back this item at. You must have enabled "Allow Buy Back" below for this to work). Postage Cost 1 (No point in a virtual shop but this would control the Cost of delivery.) Allow Buy Back 1 No Yes ( Select whether to allow the shop to buy back an item, this again is virtual the shop needs no funds to do this). Now scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click "update portal parameters"

You must follow the steps above for each item that you wish to sell remembering to set up an xprofile field as well with the exact name as each item.
Now you need to display your shop the best way to do this is to use the webpages.
1. Goto admin panel -- 6. Web Pages -- Edit Web Pages
Now click on Web Page in the top left hand corner
