First of all you have to add marquee,p to your allowed HTML tags and enable HTML tags aswell this is explained

Now once that is done you can enter these codes to a post or forum description

To see what they look like scroll down to the reply

Now these are the codes in order you saw them

Remember you can copy and paste the codes all you have to do is change the bold text for your own words and you can change the colors aswell.
