Secondly you must have all ready made a template you can edit.

To have a link back on your forum as shown on the ChillPill then you will need a code like this.

So the final outcome might look like this.
So where would you add this code ? the most likey place to add this code would be in your overall_footer.tpl
1. Goto admin panel --- 3. Styles --- Edit Templates/Logos -- the template you wish to edit (EG myff_howtodoit1)--- Submit
Now look at the top in the area marked Choose Forum template/javascript/css File to Edit use the drop down bar and find
overall_footer.tpl
Now place the code where you wish it to be seen.
